Krupp Historical Archive

The Krupp Historical Archive

Founded already in 1905, the Krupp Historical Archive is the oldest German business archive and one of the most important institutions of its kind. It preserves the legacy of the Krupp family of industrialists and their company – a legacy that is in many ways intertwined with the major topics of 19th and 20th century history. The collections are used by researchers from all over the world. The archive is owned by the Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach Foundation.

Ich wünsche aber, daß nicht verloren gehen möge, was noch vorhanden ist.

Alfred Krupp, 1871, (“But i wish that what is still there may not be lost.”).
