The Villa Hügel is an industrial monument owned by the Krupp Foundation and is used exclusively for the Foundation’s own projects and programmes. In order to protect the listed site, both private and commercial enquiries for events, photo shoots, filming (e.g. wedding celebrations, school or university projects, classic car meetings, etc.) will be rejected as a matter of principle.

Please bear in mind that guided tours of Villa Hügel are organised by the visitor service of the Kulturstiftung Ruhr. Due to the current high utilisation of capacity, there may be delays.
Ticket sales are handled by Lichtburg Essen.
